Transformation Advisory (Prosci Certified)

Years of consulting experience in leading firms and my experience as an entrepreneur and senior manager have provided me with the methods and principles that now guide my practice.

My agile, pragmatic approach, systemic and grounded in the reality of the business, aims to accelerate the transition phases in organisational, technological or cultural transformations to create sustainable value for the business and joy for everyone in their work.

Briefing on the situation and those responsible for the decision, approach, planning and KPIs.

Analysis of initial and final detailed positions, listen to stakeholders, identify the impact of the expected change, prioritise recommendations for the transformation and change management plan, size budget.

Design of effective action plans: alignment of leaders and messages, activities choice, test and scale-up, communication, assessment of skills development and resistance management.

Support for the sponsor, HR, managers and communities to ensure the immediate impact, acceleration and success of the transformation.

Monitoring the progress of the transformation through to success, share and communicate, manage pockets of resistance, implement specific complementary solutions.
