Development: a stimulant
From marketing to management committees in industry and services, I have led innovative and collaborative professional teams to growth and obtain convincing results: the global development of an industrial group that created induction cooking, the creation and development of a consultancy firm specialising in management, entrepreneurship in both France/Europe and the USA, and the international deployment of a new advisory entity in the technology sector.
Development: a vocation
I'm inspired by people's progress. I'm delighted to be involved in the development of new ways of working and innovative management, as well as the extension of the social and environmental responsibility in organisations. Although the slope is often steep, the essential adaptation that takes place when everyone questions themselves and finds their own solutions and new place in a collective dynamic, committed to a common ambition, gives meaning to my work.

CMO Cidelcem
As International Marketing Director for the world's 3rd-largest equipment supplier to the catering industry, and a member of Comex, I develop commercial cooperation between the sales forces and manage partnerships with key international accounts. The launch of several innovative products, such as the induction hob, and the analysis of the value driven are contributing to the net growth in productivity at the Villefranche S/Saône, Thonon les Bains and Troyes plants.
Having taken over responsibility for the Group's ‘People & Culture’, I'm revisiting recruitment, rolling out a career, mobility and development path, based on a redefined appraisal, as well as motivating training plans.
Cegos
I joined the Sales and Marketing entity and headed up Talent Development consultancy assignments at Cartier, L'Oréal: Lancôme and Biotherm, then at Pierre Fabre on sales efficiency via new distribution channels. I work with Manpower's regional and key account management teams to support them defend their margins more effectively. At Air France we developped performance management. I created a ‘sales for non-sales leaders’ offering and launched Cegos Sud-Ouest in Toulouse in 2001, where I carried out several reorganisation assignments for Sanofi, Le Journal Sud-Ouest, Airbus and Orange.
In the USA, where I lived for 10 years, I set up and pilot my first management and business development advisory company.
I work with managers and entrepreneurs on their development projects between France/Europe and the USA, and with leaders in their fields: the Director of Clarins in Florida, the establishment of a Parisian Art gallery in Miami, the development of Willmar USA: the American importer and distributor of catamarans built at the Fountaine Pajot boatyard in La Rochelle.
Korda
As Director of the management advisory, I managed leadership development assignments in conjunction with the Nestlé corporate team, the transformation of the leadership model in direct contact with the CEO of Allianz, and talent attraction assignments with the HR teams of L'Oréal group and entities.
I created and led an international community of decision-makers and conducted a benchmarking study on developing the skills of leaders and high potentials with L'Oréal's Director of Global Learning & Development.
Nexum Prosci
The international consultancy Nexum, experts in change management and leadership, called on me to head up its French entity. My mission: to grow business and resources and add value to the company.
We distilled collective intelligence through co-development at Rolex in Biel and support the emergence of female leadership in Allianz's distribution networks in France. We deploy the Prosci methodology, the world leader in change management, as well as programmes to develop the skills of employees in France, Luxemburg, Belgium and Switzerland.
Capgemini Invent
As Vice President of Capgemini Invent's People & Organisation Practice, I built and developed the expertise of a 'People Science' team of over 60 consultants based in France, specialising in the human side of transformation, culture and leadership.
To support Crédit Agricole Group's digital transformation and corporate "people project", I created and led CA-GIP Change Office. With my team, I've been part of the integration of Altran into Capgemini and supported the leaders of Allianz, Keolis and RATP to lead their businesses to success.
As Global Head of People & Culture for the new 'Enterprise Transformation' mega-practice, part of the board and strategy development, I led 3 HR priorities and an international community of local experts to support managers in more than 35 countries:
1. Talent Attraction: innovative local sessions in combination with the creation of events in the metaverse, including mentoring for actively participating leaders. 2. Talent Development: co-delivering incisive and expert technology management training formats. 3. Consultant Experience: reinvention of the key moments in the career path: integration, daily life, promotion, mobility, etc. in order to attract and retain the best people.
