Leaders: the best asset in a transformation

Recent research by Prosci, a leader in change management, confirms that a leader who fully embraces her or his role is the best guarantee of transformation success. So, with transformation projects coming thick and fast and executive committees being reshuffled at the same pace, how do you rise to the challenge? How do you manage effectively to deliver on the commitments you’ve given?

Bringing the leadership group together is about formalising a shared history. It’s also about agreeing to challenge each other, sharing evaluation of ongoing projects and answering questions together: How much to invest and why? To actively contribute to success, what role should we play as managers?
