Patrcik has a rich and atypical professional background: he joined the French Air Force at the age of 18 and became a parachute commando officer. He rose to the rank of General and commanded all the security forces of the Air Force.
With 43 years of management experience, he specialised in international relations: advisor to Ambassadors, Delegate for External Relations of the Air Force and Space, Academic Director of the NATO Defence College in Rome. He has carried out numerous missions for international organisations such as the UN, the EU, NATO and the OSCE.
Today, Patrick is a coach for managers and executives and a bilingual trainer for public institutions and private companies. He is also involved in various programmes at HEC, EDHEC and the Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
